Do we have to meet for the evaluation?
A meeting is included in the fee for all evaluations.

For FMLA evaluations, a meeting is not required, but it is strongly encouraged and included in the fee. Many clients find that meeting allows for greater clarity, context, and accuracy in the documentation.
Can this replace having a therapist?
