Individual therapy
Individual therapy is a highly efficacious approach in seeking professional intervention to effectively mitigate a wide spectrum of emotional or behavioral difficulties. When guided by a proficient therapist, fostering an open and receptive mindset, and actively investing effort, therapy holds the potential to bring about transformative changes in one's life. At the Reese Collective our clinicians have a range of specialties with extensive experience and training. Therapy Intensives
Therapy intensives provide a focused therapeutic experience for individuals who want to explore a specific issue in greater depth than traditional weekly therapy allows. These extended sessions create space for meaningful processing around concerns such as trauma, life transitions, relational patterns, or identity exploration. Integrating trauma-informed approaches—including EMDR, somatic awareness, and reflective processing—therapy intensives offer a structured environment for deeper insight and therapeutic progress.
Clinical Supervision
Kimberly is a certified Clinical Supervisor in North Carolina offering supervision for Supervision for LCSWAs and other Licensed Clinicians. Supervision offerings include: •Individual clinical supervision for LCSWAs •Agency Contracted Supervision & Consultation In addition; consultation for experienced clinicians wanting to deepen skills in: •Trauma therapy •Racial trauma and liberation work •Faith and mental health integration •Somatic therapy Our supervision is relational, reflective, and grounded in liberation-focused clinical practice. We believe clinicians need care and community too.
Clinical Evaluations
We offer specialized clinical evaluations and documentation for: •FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) requests •Short-Term Disability (STD) leave related to mental health conditions, burnout, and trauma recovery Our process is compassionate, thorough, and culturally aware. We understand the specific challenges Black clients often face when advocating for these supports within workplaces and systems.

Our Team

Kimberly Watson (aka Reese) iis a licensed clinical social worker, trauma therapist, and clinical supervisor specializing in trauma recovery within Black communities.
She is the founder of The Reese Collective, a healing-centered practice committed to expanding access to culturally grounded mental health care. Kimberly integrates evidence-based trauma therapies—including EMDR, ACT, and TF-CBT—with somatic and neuroscience-informed approaches to support deeper healing and nervous system regulation.
Kimberly is a Certified Neuropsychotherapist, Certified Enneagram Coach, Certified Clini-Coach®, and Certified Clinical Supervisor in North Carolina. With more than 16 years of experience across community mental health, healthcare, and nonprofit settings, her work focuses on helping Black individuals heal from trauma, reclaim personal agency, and cultivate lives rooted in safety, clarity, and self-trust.
She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Meredith College and her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kimberly was raised in Durham, North Carolina, and is a proud alumna of Hillside High School.
Tiffany Jones is a wife, mother, and CEO of Simply Jones Company. She has a passion for supporting seamless and effective operations. A native of Durham, NC, and a lover of all things girlie and pink, Tiffany brings over 15 years of administrative experience across several different fields and is an integral part of our practice. With her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, she efficiently manages various administrative tasks and ensures smooth operations within our practice. Tiffany is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service to our clients, making them feel welcome and comfortable during their time with us.

As our Billing & Insurance Specialist, Miles plays a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our practice. With his extensive experience in billing and insurance, he is responsible for processing and submitting insurance claims, verifying coverage, and handling any billing-related inquiries or issues. Miles is highly knowledgeable about the intricacies of insurance policies and diligently works with our insurance partners to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for our services. His expertise and dedication contribute significantly to the financial well-being of our practice and allow us to focus on delivering excellent client care. Additionally, Miles serves as a reliable liaison, effectively communicating and collaborating with insurance companies on behalf of our team and clients, ensuring streamlined coordination and smooth operations.
Nefertiti Mason, Marketing Expert
Nefertiti Mason, a proud graduate of the University of New Haven, brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing to the table. As a marketing specialist, she’s the go-to expert for building brand awareness and creating strategies that actually move the needle.
